When it comes to your project's timeline, here's what you can expect with Better Home Improvement:

Consultation

Design meeting! We'll travel to your home to discuss the details of the project. We will also answer any questions you might have about our process. Together, we'll create a layout and design, agree on a timeline, and finalize an agreement/contract. 

Operations

Our office will handle all of the documentation, processing, and receiving your deposit. They’ll work behind the scenes to design a drawing of your project that will be ready for your approval and made available for any permitting and HOA applications. 

HOA approval will be a homeowner discretion. We will supply any necessary documents for your submission. 

Permit Submission

Permit coordinator will apply for the documents to be approved by engineering, and follow-up with your building permit. Obtaining approvals and permitting allows us to move onto creating your outdoor oasis. 

Permit Approval

Your building permit is assurance that our design not only meets building code standards, but is safe and reliable for you & your family! With your permit in hand, we can take the next big leap.

Order

With all necessary approvals from HOA and building departments, we will place the material order for your project. Once we receive confirmation that the materials are in at our supply house we will schedule delivery and install with you directly.

Permit Closed

Once your project is completed and properly inspected by the building department as well as our team and everything is as it should be, your permit will be closed. Yay!
