Design meeting! We'll travel to your home to discuss the details of the project. We will also answer any questions you might have about our process. Together, we'll create a layout & design, agree on a timeline, & finalize an agreement/contract.

Our office will handle all of the documentation, processing, & receiving your deposit. They’ll work behind the scenes to design a drawing of your project that will be ready for your approval & made available for any permitting & HOA applications.

HOA approval will be a homeowner discretion, we will supply any necessary documents for your submission.

Permit coordinator will apply for the documents to be approved by engineering, & follow-up with your building permit. Obtaining approvals & permitting allows us to move onto creating your outdoor oasis.

Your building permit is assurance that our design not only meets building code standards, but is safe & reliable for you & your family! With your permit in hand, we can take the next big leap.

With all necessary approvals from HOA & building departments, we will place the material order for your project. Once we receive confirmation that the materials are in at our supply house we will schedule delivery & install with you directly.

Once your project is completed & properly inspected by the building department as well as our team & everything is as it should be, your permit will be closed. Yay!
